The Great Canadian Sox Company was established in 1934. It was originally set up, to manufacture socks designed for the logging industry by J. G. Field in 1877. Canadian owned and operated, the Great Canadian Sox Company focuses mainly on outdoor adventure socks with "J.B. Fields" as our flagship brand, making us one of the oldest companies in Canada!
Our philosophy is simple: Make the best possible products at fair prices.
Born out of a desire to make the world's most extreme cold weather socks, and inspired to remain Canada's "True North" for outdoor adventure socks; we have kept all of our production in Canada. By doing so we can keep a better focus on quality, and offer a unique blend of functionality, style and comfort.
