Return & Exchange Policy

If any of our J.B.Field's socks do not meet your expectations, under our No-Risk Guarantee, we will replace them with ones that do – at no cost for you within 1 year of purchase

We are not responsible for improper quantity, colour, or size selection. Please let us know immediately if you want your order adjusted and we will do our best to accommodate you.

EXCHANGES

J.B. Field’s - can be exchanged within 1 year of purchase and must not be heavily worn. We will send you a replacement of equal, greater or less value and you can pay the difference.  

Other brands - can be made within 14 days of receiving shipment and must be unopened and unworn. We will send you a replacement of equal, greater or less value and you can pay the difference.  

Steps: 

  • Email orders@greatsox.com with what socks you would like to exchange.
    Please include the order number in the title. 
    We are happy to give recommendations if you ask.
  • Put the socks in their packaging (if you still have it) and drop off the parcel at a post office.

If some, but not all, socks are worn, please enclose the worn socks in a small plastic/Ziploc bag so that they’re separated from the unworn merchandise

  • We inspect and approve returned items. We will email you if approved and ship out the selected replacement socks 3-5 days after the return shipment arrives.

You may also complete the exchange in-person at one of our retail stores (see locations here), however we cannot guarantee if a store will have a specific item in stock.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving shipment

 Steps: 

  • Email orders@greatsox.com detailing what socks you would like to return.
    Please include the order number in the title.
  • Drop off the parcel at a post office.
    See Return Shipping section below for return addresses and guidelines
  • We inspect and approve returned items. We will email you if approved and issue a refund within 1-3 days

Items that cannot be returned: underwear, boxers, and any clearance item.

Defective Products: If the item is defective, you must send us a clear picture of the hole or defect by e-mail to orders@greatsox.com - please have your order number in the title or body of the message.

Online orders cannot be refunded at our retail stores only exchanged. .

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer must take care of shipping the product(s) back to us, but in some cases we can provide a return shipping label and/or bag or envelope.

All mailer bags or envelopes being delivered to us must have the correct Great Sox address displayed (see bottom of page) and the customer’s return address. A small note must also be included in the package detailing the customer’s order number and reason for returning, including whether they want an exchange or refund, and whether some or all socks have been worn.

Shipping not covered for: incorrect quantity, size or colour selection. We highly recommend using Canada Post and USPS for the cheapest rates

Shipping covered for: product defects, incorrect products received (customer must send proof with email and picture to orders@greatsox.com).

*Socks under the No-Risk Guarantee such as J.B. Field’s can be exchanged within a year, but you still need to bring a receipt
