We offer free shipping across Canada for orders over $85 and $65 in the USA after any applicable discounts.

Trexity Same Day Shipping 

Please note that depending on the time of the order and your location, your order may be delivered the following day. Please note during Nov/Dec we may take longer than usual to pack orders due to the high volume.

Trexity rates are calculated by distance so the rate will depend on how far you are from us.

Delivery Policy

Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours, but some products which are not under the J.B. Field’s brand may take up to a week longer.

Please note that packing times can be longer in November and early December as we get an exceptionally high number of orders in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

We are not responsible for improper quantity, colour, or size selection. Please let us know immediately if you want your order adjusted and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Address Errors

Make sure your address is entered correctly!

If there are any errors in the address that results in the package getting sent back to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

If the customer elects to have the returned order refunded due to an address error, we will deduct the return shipping cost (generally the same as the flat rate) from the refund amount for the socks. If the customer also received free shipping on their original order, the cost of a flat-rate shipping fee to their region will also be deducted.

Canadian Orders

All orders shipping within Canada are delivered via Canada Post or Intelcom (no Canada Post as of November 2024 - see top of page for details) through a courier service called ShippingChimp and are subject to any applicable taxes determined by the destination province.

Shipments take 1-5 business day(s) to arrive once given a tracking number (some locations in the far North may take longer)

US Orders

All orders shipping to the US are delivered across the border by courier once or twice a week, and then delivered across the US via USPS. Bulk shipping across the border saves you time and money as packages are quickly handed over to USPS and customers don’t need to pay duties on the products.

Shipments take 2-5 business days to arrive once given a tracking number

International Orders

We can ship internationally but you need to contact us for a quote first. For international orders outside of Canada & the US we will not be responsible for shipping delays, any applicable sales tax, duty and customs charges. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
