We offer free shipping across Canada for orders over $75 and $65 in the USA after any applicable discounts.

Delivery Policy

Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours, but some products which are not under the J.B. Field’s brand may take up to a week longer. Please note that we get a significantly higher volume of orders between early November and early January so that timeframe may not be accurate during those months

We are not responsible for improper quantity, colour, or size selection. Please let us know immediately if you want your order adjusted and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Address Errors

Make sure your address is entered correctly!

If there are any errors in the address that results in the package getting sent back to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

If the customer elects to have the returned order refunded due to an address error, we will deduct the return shipping cost (generally the same as the flat rate) from the refund amount for the socks. If the customer also received free shipping on their original order, the cost of a flat-rate shipping fee to their region will also be deducted.

Canadian Orders

Orders shipping within Canada are now delivered via Canada Post through a courier service called Shipping Chimp and are subject to any applicable taxes determined by the destination province.

Once given a tracking number, shipments generally take 1-4 business days to arrive at the nearest processing facility and are then delivered by one of those three companies 1-2 business days later

We may also ship orders directly with other couriers such as Purolator or GLS if it's more convenient.

In the event of a Canada Post strike, we will use alternative providers and customers will not be able to use their PO boxes during this time.

US Orders

Please note we will do our best to reduce or eliminate tariffs when possible but goods that are not covered under CUSMA may be subject to duties based on the value and country of origin. In order to avoid any unexpected charges for our customers we will be shipping all orders with UPS (pre-paid duties/taxes) 

Shipments typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once given a tracking number depending on the location. 

International Orders

We can ship internationally but you need to contact us for a quote first. For international orders outside of Canada & the US we will not be responsible for shipping delays, any applicable sales tax, duty and customs charges. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. 

Christmas Season

Please note that we are exceptionally busy in November and December so orders during this time period may take longer to pack. We highly recommend ordering as early as possible.
