Help donate socks to our annual sock drive. Socks are one of the most needed items for those facing homelessness or housing precarity, especially during the cold winter months. The socks will go to Alpha House and Dixon Hall, where they will be distributed to Housing clients in the East Toronto area.

One bought by you and one matched by us!
PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive the socks.
We will collect them and take them to the shelter at the beginning of January.
Dixon Hall serves around 10,000 people annually, impacting the lives of the most at-risk members of our community. We run more than 50 programs in five main areas: Children & Youth Programming, Seniors’ Services, Housing Services, Employment Services, and the Dixon Hall Music School. We work with at-risk youth, seniors, adults with physical and health disabilities, people who need housing, individuals searching for employment, those with mental health issues, and newly immigrated individuals and their families.
Alpha House is dedicated to fostering a supportive, recovery-focused community for self-identified men aged 18 and up who are navigating the challenges of mental health and addiction recovery. They are currently in an exciting period of growth, recently opening their new Step-Up House, a residence designed specifically for graduates of Alpha House who are ready for the next stage of independent living and long-term recovery success. This project is currently being sustained fully through grass-roots efforts, and community support is vital at this time.
